Reiki Healing

"Rei" meaning "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and "Ki" meaning "life force energy," is an energy which is in every living being. We all have Reiki in us: it's our life force energy. At times, we lose it throughout our daily life. Stress, eating unhealthy foods, pollution, emotions and many other factors contribute to this energy loss . The sessions are done by placing the hands in a series of positions over or slightly above the body, where the healer is a transmitor of Reiki energy to the receiver. Reiki promotes healing by offering balance at a very deep level to both the body and mind. Many times the experience of Reiki says more than words ever could.
The five Reiki principles: Just for today, I will not be angry. Just for today, I will not worry. Just for today, I will be grateful. Just for today, I will do my work honestly. Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing. In many life situations, these principles are hard to always keep in mind, but Reiki helps to open the path to achieve them.

Chakra Balancing

“Chakra” is a Sanskrit word literally meaning "wheel." Chakras are our energy centers, or "wheels of energy." They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of our self-consciousness. They are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions. There are seven major chakras, each one is associated with a certain part of the body and a certain organ which it provides with the energy it needs to function. Additionally, just as every organ in the human body has its equivalent on the mental and spiritual level, so too every chakra corresponds to a specific aspect of human behavior and development. Having the chakras balanced is very important. Open and balanced chakras allow your life energy to flow naturally. Sara uses Reiki, Crystals, and sound healing with singing bowls as a healing influence on Chakras.
